DELIVER
Equipment Procurement Services
Built around your preferences. Powered by our process.
At Duven, we believe in Consumer Equipment Freedom—you should be able to choose the gear you want, from the source you prefer, without being locked into a 'sole source' vendor. Once we’ve defined your System Equipment Manifest (formerly BOM) during the design phase, we’ll help you select the right procurement path for your project.
Option A: Open Source Procurement
You purchase the equipment yourself, using the System Equipment Manifest as your guide.
To keep your project on track, we require:
-
Copies of all order confirmations and receipts
-
Tracking information when available
We take care of:
-
Verifying that all items arrive on time and match the approved manifest
-
Checking that models and quantities are correct
-
Notifying you of any missing, incompatible, or substituted gear
Important: Only gear that matches the approved manifest will be accepted for integration. Substitutions must be reviewed and approved in advance.
Option B: Procurement-as-a-Service
If you’d rather not deal with researching, sourcing, and tracking gear—we’ll take care of it for you. For a flat 15% fee based on total equipment value, we become your shopper, acting as your administrative agent—not a reseller.
We manage the entire purchasing process using your System Equipment Manifest as the guide, and we do it transparently, without markup.
We handle:
-
Researching availability and ordering from approved vendors
-
Coordinating delivery schedules with your install timeline
-
Tracking shipments and logging serial numbers
-
Registering warranties and assisting with future claims
Option C: Contractor-Sourced Procurement
In certain cases, we may quote and supply specific items directly. This is typically reserved for:
-
Infrastructure materials
-
Specialty components
-
System-critical gear where sourcing control is essential
You may choose to accept our quote or use one of the other procurement options.
